Have never been disappointed by the food from here. Cheerful, pleasant staff coupled with good service
Took way too long, stood in the wrong line (wasn't aware there was another one). Doesn't take eftpos (a sign would help). Go and get money, come back and ice cream is rapidly melting, clean it, hands are full, asked staff member politely to put it in the bin just to get told "there's one outside". Safe to say after spending $9.00 on two ice-creams, waiting half an hour and having pathetic customer service , I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
Terrible. Used to eat here regularly as a child, disappointed to see the quality go downhill. Dry fish, packet mix batter and nasty frozen chips, dry and tasteless. We frequent great fish and chip shops in Melbourne that are just as busy as this place and they can manage to pump them out in 15 mins. These guys were incredibly unorganized and we waited a full 30 minutes. They didnt call our number, and when we queried it, they went and pulled it out from under the heat lamps?? We were standing at the counter the whole time! Wont be returning
The fish shop was extremely busy (to be expected at this time of year had to wait over an hr for the order) and the quality suffered. The chips were overcooked and dry and hey missed some items on my order so had to go back. I will go back though as the burgers were great.
Fabulous experience for just delicious fish and chips. Call ahead for speedy service. Always generous serves. Not overly greasy. Yum potato cakes. Highly recommended
